This year, during the Wine Days 2018, in the exebition we will be presenting some ambitious news: the MICROHISTORY BEER line, which we created being inspired by the unusual microstories of the Biržai region. These stories have allowed us to set the goal of becoming the first brewery on the world to make the taste of beer convey the spirit, mood and morals of true stories. Each story, in one way or another, is related to Biržai, and is also significant not only for our country, Lithuania, but also for the entire world. To get everyone even better acquainted with the Microhistory Beer line, we have developed a unique and mystical ‘Microhistory Dinner’ programme that will be held at the ‘Alaus kelias’ restaurant.

Secured under nine locks, we have been incubating an Idea in “Rinkuškiai” for many long months.
The Idea is now mature, and is awaiting its very first Witnesses.
We are awaiting your presence at the restaurant “Alaus kelias” on June 15th. At the restaurant, we will reveal a number of mysteries to You, which will allow You to see a different, mystical, never-before-seen face of Biržai. At the event, we will also serve you an exceptional gourmet dinner.

On the 26-28th of January we together with Birzai Tourisms information centre participated in the international exhibition ADVENTUR 2018, this year the theme of the exhibition was CELEBRATING LITHUANIA.
We encouraged visitors to discover not only traditional Birzai sightseeings and tours, but also our new programme „Microhistory dinner“.
